Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, class, or other 1-2-1 lesson, this must be made 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will still be charged. Bookings can only be made with a minimum of 24 hours in advance, to ensure availability. If Jack Hogsden is unable to teach due to other commitments, work, illness, or any other reason as is given, regardless of the notice, you will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Refunds can also be offered if needed.
