About the event
Bird in the Belly continues to contribute to the modern folk scene by transforming neglected historical material into contemporary musical storytelling. They return to the Ropetackle to launch their fourth studio album, 'Only Dogs as Friends'. Join them for an evening of "richly woven dystopia" (The Guardian).
Support comes from Belver — a brilliant folk trio comprising Harry Abel (violin, stomp & vocals), Dom Doran (whistles, concertina, pipes & vocals), and Jack Hogsden (melodeons, guitar & vocals).
